Prior to joining Trinity, Christen recently served as COO for a medical technology company in the private sector. Her investment experience spans more than five years as a private market-private equity investor at Nationwide Insurance,

and nearly a decade in various analytical, data reporting and product structure roles at Diamond Hill Capital Management. Christen earned her MBA from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She and her husband, Jason, live in Galena with their three children along with three dogs, two cats and one bunny.
